I’m Bsonat, the editor of Opti Media and a software developer by trade. Most of my time is spent in the trenches building AI-first SaaS products, including Atlas Desk—a modern ticketing platform designed to turn customer support into a growth channel.

Working deeply with SaaS infrastructure taught me a hard truth about modern marketing: tactics expire, but systems scale.

I grew tired of the endless stream of "growth hacks" and bloated marketing tools that penalize founders for their own success. I started this publication to document the exact playbooks, CRM setups, and automation architectures that technical operators use to scale efficiently.

Here, we don't guess. We look at the data, we configure the APIs, and we build retention engines that actually work.
